Jørpeland

Jørpeland is a town in the municipality of Strand in the county of Rogaland, Norway.

The town lays on a solid 3rd place on the list of cities with common drug-use in Norway. But since the town dosen't got more then 10.000 inhabitans, the real picture is small.
