JEMP Records is a record label founded in 2005, specializing in archival releases from the defunct jamband Phish. The label's first release was a CD recording of Phish's performance on December 31, 1995 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. The second JEMP Records title is a DVD entitled , which will be released on July 11th. An accompanying soundtrack CD will also be released.

The label is a division of Rhino Entertainment, which like the band's former label Elektra Records, is owned by Warner Music Group.

J.E.M.P. stands for the first names of the members of Phish: Jon, Ernest, Mike, and Page.
