JQA 13 is one of the most active street gangs in Spring Branch, a neigborhood in Northwest Houston, Texas. JQA stands for Juntos Queridos Assessinos. Spanish for "Together Beloved Assassins". They are a large gang and often wear the colors red and black.

Their main headquarters is a large apartment complex located at Hollister and Pitner South of Hempstead high way. They are Mainly of Mexican Descent. Some of their known rivals in the Spring Branch area are SB13 ( "spring branch 13") Sur13, PVL 13, and other crip gangs from Spring Branchs Northeast regions. They are the most hated gang in Spring Branch area. They commit mild to severe crimes including robbery, assault, murder, and theft. They have started to branch off in various "sub-cliques" throughout Spring Branch including sub-sets in Miami Gardent Apartments, Hunter's Chase apartments and others. Their turf spans across Kempwood Drive. Although they remain a strong force in the northwest area of Houston, their reputation has recently been weakened since the loss of one of their members. Rogelio ( Ojitos) was shot and killed when members from the " 33rd Street Crips" came in to neighborhood and opened fire.
