Jacek Kościelniak (born October 09, 1963 in Dąbrowa Górnicza) is a Polish politician. He was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 3765 votes in 32 Sosnowiec district, candidating from Prawo i Sprawiedliwość list.
