  • Chow (James Sie) - the shortest member of the group, his trademark is a pair of yellow-orange sunglasses. These sunglasses are a mark of his days as an employee of the Sunglasses Emporium before his Dark Hand career. He gained the ability to shoot fire from his eyes during his employ by Drago. • Hak Foo (Jim Cummings in season one, John DiMaggio season two onwards) - The strongest member who always names the attack he is performing; made one appearance in Season 1, and in season 2 he was brought in as Tohru's replacement. After the hunt to free Shendu's siblings ended, Hak Foo left the Dark hand and became a freelancer. He shouts out metaphorical animal related descriptions each time he launches his attacks (e.g. Angry Crow Takes Flight - this attack is when Hak Foo uses an airborne attack). He was temporarily a Dark Chi Warrior, and was the only one completely comfortable with the change. Hak Foo then aided Tarakudo in recovering the Oni Masks with the other Enforcers. Eventually he and his cohorts, DJ Fist and MC Cobra, were kicked out for bad behavior. They sought revenge against the monastery by attacking it and stealing a jewel that turned into laser weapon that goes on a person's arm. The Chans with the help of Finn, Ratso and Chow defeated Ice and his posse. Later he and his two cronies become Drago's dragonized henchmen and Strikemaster Ice becomes Drago's second-in-command. Afterwards he, Fist and Cobra tried to escape, but were stopped by El Toro and Paco.
  • DJ Fist and MC Cobra (MC Cobra: Jeff Fischer), Strikemaster Ice's posse who met him while they trained in the monastery. Like Ice, they received dragon powers from Drago. While Cobra ran at super speeds, the silent DJ Fist possessed super strength. When Drago infused them with Demon Chi, Cobra gained wind power while Fist got thunder. When Drago and Shendu were sent to the Demon Netherworld, they, along with Ice, lost their powers.
  • Dragon Minions-The Dragon Minions are Shendu's wyvern servants who he planned to unleash to destroy Asia. Before he could free them, he was defeated by the Chans.
