Jakob Bartsch

Jakob Bartsch or Jacobus Bartschius (ca. 1600–1633) published several star charts in 1624, titled Usus astronomicus planisphaerii stellati, which included several new constellations introduced around 1613 on a celestial globe by Petrus Plancius.
Bartsch was the son-in-law of Johannes Kepler.
