James Vincenzo Capone (1892-1952), also known as Richard "Two-Gun" Hart, was the brother of Al Capone, one of the most notable mobsters in Chicago. James Capone moved from Brooklyn to Nebraska at the age of 16. While in Nebraska he became a law enforcement officer and earned a good reputation for his work.
