Jan Stanislaw Sapieha (1589-1635), Chancellor of Lithuania from 1621-1635, childless
Jan Paweł Sapieha (1609/1610–1665), father of Jan Kazimierz the Younger, voivod of Wilno and (since 1656) the Grand Hetman of Lithuania.
Jan Kazimierz Sapieha the Younger, (ca. 1637/1642–1720), since 1700 held the title of a Duke. Since 1681 Field Hetman of Lithuania, the following year he also became the voivod of Wilno. In 1682 promoted to Grand Hetman of Lithuania.
