Janet Pilgrim (born Charlaine Edith Karalus on June 13, 1934 in Wheaton, Illinois) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playboy Playmate of the Month three times: July 1955, December 1955 and October 1956.
Janet Pilgrim worked in Playboy's subscription department and was talked into posing nude by Hugh Hefner. She posed for a few hundred dollars (today the fee is $25,000 USD).

- She is one of only two Playmates (the other being Marilyn Waltz/Margaret Scott) to be a three-time Playboy centerfold.
- She ranked #83 in Playboy's Sex Stars of the Century.
