Natsushio was a Kagero-class destroyer of the Imperial Japanese Navy.

On 9 February 1942, Natsushio was torpedoed by the submarine USS S-37. She sank on 22 miles (40 km) south of Makassar, Celebes ([05°10′S 119°24′E]). She was the first Japanese destroyer to fall victim to U.S. submarines during the war.
