Jay Stacy (born August 9, 1968 in Melbourne, Victoria) is a former field hockey midfielder from Australia, who participated in four Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1988. From 1992 on, at each appearance the skilled veteran won a medal.

Stacy, nicknamed Joey, is Australia's most capped hockey player, who appeared in a record 319 internationals (160 goals) between 1987 and 2000. His size and strength on the ball made him a focal point within The Kookaburras squad. Apart from the Olympic Games, he represented his native country in three World Cups and thirteen Champions Trophy tournaments.

Stacy played club hockey in Australia for the Victorian Vikings, and in The Netherlands for Eindhoven's Oranje Zwart, with whom he won the Dutch title in the spring of 2005. Afterwards he resigned and became a hockey coach in Belgium.
