Jeff Matsuda

Jeff Matsuda is a comics artist and animator from the United States. He is the chief character designer of both Jackie Chan Adventures and The Batman.
Matsuda was discovered by Rob Liefeld after submitting letter art depicting the X-Force character Cannonball to Wizard Magazine.
