Jeff Richards on Saturday Night Live (with Tina Fey)
Jeff Richards (born October 27, 1974) is an American comedian. He is the first person to be on the cast of both Saturday Night Live (SNL) and MadTV.
During his tenure on SNL he became known for several characters. His original characters include Drunk Girl and infant rapper Baby K. His memorable impressions include Gary Busey, Dr. Phil, Bill O'Reilly, Charlie Rose, David Letterman, Garry Shandling, and Kevin Spacey.
Early years
Richards was born in Walnut Creek, California. He graduated from high school there in 1993. He then went on to host a morning radio show and created a public access television sketch comedy show in the Bay Area. He then moved on to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he began stand-up comedy during a study abroad in Italy. After graduation he hit the road on motorcycle with his backpack performing across the United States. In 1997 he settled in Los Angeles and was a hit on the competitive Hollywood comedy scene.Filmography
