Jenni Falconer is a Scottish television presenter who was born in Glasgow, Scotland on 12 February 1976. She made her television debut in 1994 as a contestant on Blind Date. She later became a television host presenting We Can Work It Out and has been the host of Entertainment Today since its launch on GMTV in 2000. She often presents coverage of film premieres for ITV. Her hobbies are field hockey and tennis.

In November 2005 she presented "I'm a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here" in Australia for GMTV.

In her career at GMTV Jenni has interviewed stars from the contestants of hugely popular British Talent Search Show 'X Factor' to one of Hollywoods best actors Tom Hanks.

In 2006, Falconer will star in the movie adaptation of Irvine Welsh's best-selling novel . She also took part in BBC1's celebrity Sport Relief charity event Only Fools on Horses in July 2006 which she went on to win.
