Jennifer Esposito (born April 11, 1973) is an American actress and dancer.
Biography
Esposito was born in Brooklyn, New York of Italian descent. She made her first appearance in Law & Order in 1990 in various small roles, but she is best known as Stacey in the prime time hit Spin City. She can also be seen in I Still Know What You Did Last Summer playing the role of Nancy. One of her more recent successes was her role as Ruby in Spike Lee's controversial Summer of Sam in 1999. Set against the mid-Seventies backdrop of the Son of Sam murders, the film also starred John Leguizamo and Mira Sorvino. Esposito's next film was Wes Craven Presents: Dracula 2000 with Johnny Lee Miller, Christopher Plummer and Omar Epps. She played the detective's girlfriend "Ria" in the Academy Award-winning film Crash. Esposito's most recent project was the now cancelled WB show Related in which she played Ginnie Sorelli.Her father Bob was a computer consultant and former music producer.
