Joe Perry (born 13 August, 1975) is an English professional snooker player.

Perry climbed the rankings since turning professional in 1991, and reached the top sixteen in 2002, and has now spent 3 seasons in its lower reaches. He dropped out after 2005/2006, having entered the World Championships in 14th place. The two players immediately below him, Anthony Hamilton and Allister Carter lost their 1st round matches, however unlike Perry they had won a match to qualify, earning them more ranking points and allowing them to leapfrog Joe.

His best career performance so far was when he reached the final of the European Open in 2001. He also reached the quarter-finals of the World Championship in 2004, beating defending champion Mark Williams along the way, and he reached the semi-final of the UK Championship the next two seasons, losing the 2004 match after leaving opponent David Gray requiring snookers to remain in it. This run left his provisionally 5th in the world, but he failed to win a match in the remaining five tournaments and dropped to 14th at the end of the season as a result. In 2005 he lost in the semifinal to eventual champion Ding Junhui.
