John F. Dee, Jr. (September 12, 1923–April 24, 1999) was head basketball coach at the University of Notre Dame from 1964 to 1971.
During Dee's seven seasons at the helm of Notre Dame Basketball, he compiled a record of 116 wins and 80 losses. Dee lead the Fighting Irish to four NCAA tournament appearances and one birth in the National Invitation Tournament. Dee culminated his coaching career at Notre Dame with four straight 20-win seasons, the program's first 20-win seasons.
Prior to coaching at Notre Dame, Dee coached at the University of Alabama.
