Ratu Josateki Tuivanuavou Nacagilevu Nawalowalo, commonly known as Ratu Jo Nawalowalo, is a Fijian chief, businessman, and the Chairman of the Kadavu Provincial Council. He also chairs the Fiji Kava Council, which promotes the sale of yaqona locally and internationally.

As Chairman of the Provincial Council, Nawalowalo has promoted aggressive infrastructural development programs. He has also strongly supported the central government of Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase, and has refused to let Military teams tour Kadavu to campaign against the government's controversial Reconciliation, Tolerance, and Unity Bill, which Nawalowalo strongly supports.
