Joseph Lubega

Joseph Lubega (born January 1, 1982) is a boxer from Uganda, who participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics for his native African country. There he was stopped in the first round of the Middleweight (75 kg) division by Thailand's eventual bronze medal winner Prasathinphimai Suriya. Two years earlier Lubega won the silver medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in the Light Heavyweight (81 kg) division.
