Josh Hopkins (b. 12 September, 1970) is an American actor. Born Lexington, Kentucky, he portrayed Paul Allen in the 1999 film, Pirates of Silicon Valley, and Raymond Milbury on the television series Ally McBeal (2001 to 2002). He most recently portrayed Charlie Babcock on the campy television series Pepper Dennis (2006), and to his credit he is taller than Rebecca Romijn, his on-air love interest, who towered over everyone else.

He is the son of former Kentucky Congressman Larry Hopkins and Carolyn Hopkins.
