Körös (-Hungarian, Romanian: Criş) is the name of a river in eastern Hungary. It is formed at the confluence of the rivers Fehér-Körös (Crişul Alb) and Fekete-Körös (Crişul Negru) near the city Gyula. The river Sebes-Körös (Crişul Repede) flows into the river Körös near the city Gyoma. All three rivers have their source in Romania in the Apuseni Mountains. The Körös flows into the river Tisza near the city Csongrád.
It was known in antiquity as the Crisus, Crisia, Grisia, or Gerasus, while an archaic German name is Kreisch.
