KIIZ-FM Z-92.3 is a clear channel station that's been around for 25 years. the station was owned by cbs radio inc. from 1983-1999. and then around 1999 clear channel took over it and made it into a pure mainstream urban radio station that plays urban hip-hop and r&b of today and some old school added with it.

Histoy

back in 1983 the station was a classical format from 1983 to 1990 then around 1990 the became a urban top 40 station around 1998 it was a mainstream top 40 and right now today it is mainstream urban-radio station that mainly play a great deal of hip-hop & r&b joints with some old school. the station today is doing real good a mainstream urban with some old school format.
