'''

KOCO-TV , "KOCO-TV 5" is the ABC affiliate in the Oklahoma City television market. The station is owned by Hearst-Argyle Corporation, which it acquired from Gannett in 1996.

The station signed on in July 1954 as KGEO, based in Enid. Its transmitter and studio location were moved to Oklahoma City in the late 1950's.

It is traditionally the #3 rated station for news and local programming, though more recent investments in those areas have pushed the station to a #2 position for the 5pm newscast and has helped to make improvements in other time periods as well.

KOCO has the fastest revolving weather radar in the area, Advantage Doppler HD.
