KSnapshot

KSnapshot is a screenshot application for the KDE desktop environment that was created by Richard J. Moore, Matthias Ettrich and Aaron J. Seigo in Qt and C++.

Upon opening KSnapshot, often with the Print Screen key, you can take a screenshot of the entire screen, a hand drawn selection, or one window. You then have the choice to save the screenshot in a raster format, or directly print the screenshot.
