KVMD is a digital-only independent television station licensed to Twentynine Palms, California, USA. The broadcast signal covers most of Southern California on digital UHF channel 23; it is also carried onDIRECTV and Dish Network at channel 31 on both systems.
Most programming consists of infomercials, home shopping shows, and some low-budget programming from America One. Every morning from 7 am to noon, KVMD has a block of evangelical Christian shows that air in Spanish.
The station broadcasts digitally, with additional subchannels carrying more paid programming and Jewelry TV.
KVMD carries Big West Conference basketball games and the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of minor league baseball's California League.
The station currently has an application pending with the FCC for analog channel 53. The station had formerly broadcast on channel 31.
