KXII

KXII is an English-language television station serving the Sherman-Denison, Texas-Ardmore, Oklahoma television market. It is an affiliate of the CBS network. Licensed to Sherman, Texas, the station broadcasts its analog signal on VHF channel 12, and its digital signal on UHF channel 20. Beginning in the Fall of 2006 it will add programming from My Network TV, which is expected to be available on its digital subcarrier and on cable. Its transmitter is located near Madill, Oklahoma.
