Kacey Ainsworth (born October 19, 1971 in London, England) is an English actress, best known for playing the long-suffering Maureen Slater (nicknamed Little Mo) in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.
Her character Little Mo's most notable storyline in EastEnders was when she was being abused by her violent husband Trevor Morgan played by Alex Ferns. She has also appeared in the British police drama The Bill and detective serial A Touch Of Frost, and in 2005 it was rumoured that she will appear in three episodes of the popular ABC drama Desperate Housewives but this was proved to be only a rumour that actor Shane Richie who plays Alfie Moon in EastEnders jokingly spread.
She made her final appearance in EastEnders in May 2006. She recently appeared as Peter Pan at the Children's Party at the Palace in 2006.
After suffering a miscarriage, Kacey now has a daughter, Blossom, with her partner Darren Hales. The girl was born in May 2004.
