Kamikawa (神河町; -cho) is a town located in Kanzaki District, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.

The town was founded on November 7, 2005 by the merger of Kanzaki and Okawachi.

With data from the year 2000, the town has an estimated population of 13,500 and a density of 67 persons per km². The total area is 202.27 km².
