Katakura Kojuro

is the name of all heads of Katakura family served to Date clan as Karou. Here treat 1st Kojuro, (1557-1615). One of the greatest strategists under Date Masamune. During Toyotomi Hideyoshi's attack at the Hojo clan, Kojuro advised Masamune to side with Hideyoshi. This was to ensure the longevity of the Date clan.

In the upcoming game Sengoku Basara 2, Kojuro will be featured as an NPC, voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa.
