Keepsake (band)
Encyclopedia : K : KE : KEE : Keepsake (band)
Keepsake was an influential hardcore band formed in 1997 by Paul Geller and Mark Silva in Coral Springs, Florida, widely considered to be on the forefront of Emo-core. After releasing three records on the independent label, Eulogy Records, Paul left the band for personal reasons to return to music years later as a solo act "Pauly Jett" and produced three records for Sony Red distributed Undecided Records' artists "Shindig", "Hearts Over Rome", and "Cru Jones". Members of Keepsake have since gone on to play in various emo, hardcore and indie bands -- none as recognized or influential as Keepsake.
