In the series of Barbie toy dolls, Kelly Roberts is presented as one of Barbie's "younger sisters" (often rumored to be Barbie's illegitimate daughter) . Originally the baby of the family, she also has an older sister named Stacie. Kelly appears to be preschool or kindergarten age (around 5 or 6).

The Kelly doll debuted on store shelves in 1995.

In Europe, she is known as Shelly.
