Kelston is a small village in
Somerset, 4 miles North West of
Bath, and 8 East of
Bristol. It is situated on the
river Avon. It is the site of the Elizabethan Kelston Manor House, built by the
Harington family and demolished in the C18. The parish church, dedicated to St Nicholas, was rebuilt in 1860.
