Ken was born in Osaka,Japan on November 28, 1966. He is the guitarist of L'arc~en~ciel, an extremely famous j-rock band. He is also the leader/guitarist of his own band Sons Of All Pussys or S.O.A.P.

Facts

In 1992, Ken was persuaded by his childhood friend Tetsuya Ogawa (aka Tetsu) to drop out of architect school and join L'arc~en~ciel.

Ken is the leader/guitarist of the band Sons Of All Pussys, also known as just S.O.A.P. The band was formed in 2002.

For L'arc~en~ciel, Ken has written the songs "As If In A Dream", "Vivid Colors", "Niji", "The Fourth Avenue Café, "Shout At The Devil", "Kasou", and "Lies and Truth", among others.

Some say that when he joined L'arc~en~ciel, he was on fairly bad terms with his parents.

Ken is considered one of the greatest guitarists in Japan.

It is rumored that he was married to an elevator girl, but then got a divorce.

His nickname is "Ken-chan".
