Kenbuchi Proving Ground

Kenbuchi Proving Ground and Nakasatsunai Proving Ground are automobile testing facilities in Hokkaido, Japan owned by Mazda Motor Corporation. Both are used for cold-weather testing.
Kenbuchi
Kenbuchi is located in Kamikawa and was established January, 1990. It includes 4.7 million square meters - or about 1,161 acres - of land.
Nakasatsunai
Nakasatsunai is located in Kasai and opened in January, 2002. It includes 260,000 square meters - or about 64 acres - of land.
