Kevin Foley, Australian politician, is the current Deputy Premier of South Australia, serving under Premier Mike Rann. Foley is a member of the Australian Labor Party. He also serves as Treasurer, Minister Assisting the Premier in Economic Development, Minister for Police and Minister for Federal/State Relations. He represents the electorate of Port Adelaide in the House of Assembly.

Before entering state Parliament, Foley worked for the Australian Trade Commission, Cadbury Schweppes, Boral Limited and steel distribution company Australian National Industries. Foley then went on to become a Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to former Premier Lynn Arnold.
