Khairallah Talfah

Khairallah Talfah (Arabic خير الله طلفاح) was an Iraqi Ba'ath Party official, and the maternal uncle and father-in-law of Saddam Hussein. Saddam would later make him mayor of Baghdad, but was forced to remove him due to Talfah's incredible corruption, even by Iraqi standards.

In the 1940s Talfah, a Nazi sympathizer, wrote a pamphlet entitled . His nephew, Saddam Hussein, had it republished in 1981, during the Iran-Iraq war. The work outlines Talfah's Baathist Arab nationalism and anti-Persian, anti-Kurdish and anti-Jewish philosophy.
