Kim may refer to several different things.
Personal name
- Kim is a common Korean family name; see Kim (Korean name).
- Kim is also a common forename in English-speaking countries, sometimes short for Kimberly, Kimiko, or Kimball. It has been used as both a male and a female name, but is currently most common as a female name. In the Scandinavian countries, Denmark in particular, it is more common as a male name.
- In the early Soviet Union quite a few newborn Russians were called Kim after the "Kommunistichesky Internatsional Molodyozhi", or "Youth Communist International", see Names in Russian Empire, Soviet Union and CIS countries.
