King Lion

King Lion or Shishioh (as he is known in Japan) is a fighting game character who debuted in SNK's fighting game Savage Reign for the Neo Geo. He is also a boss in the fighting game Neo Geo Battle Coliseum from SNK.

Shin Shishioh

Shin (True) Shishioh (known as King Leo in English versions of the game) is the boss version, that is usually not playable. He has a few more moves than his other counterpart (known as "Kage", or Shadow Shishoh), and some of his moves have been altered . Another difference between Shin Shishioh & Shishioh, is that Shin is colored red & yellow/gold, while normal Shishioh is blue & white (in Savage Reign, he was originally red and white). He also appears in The King of Fighters 2000 as King's additional striker.

Techniques

The following are King Lion's moves in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum:

Silent Storm: King Lion swings his sword creating a gust of wind in front of him.
Earth Chopper: King Lion raises his sword and then slashes downward. This move can be used as an anti-air. When the sword hits the ground, the face of a lion appears.
Nightmare: King Lion enters a stance and if he is hit, he will counter with an auto combo. This move can be Super-Canceled into his super.
Beast Blow: King Lion dashes forward & if he connects does a punch.
King Fist: This is King Lion's only super move in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum & costs only one stock of the power gauge. If performed with the A button, King Lion does a short range punch. If this super is performed with the C button, King Lion does a projectile which can be used as a long range attack. It should be noted that the A version does slightly more damage than the C version.
