Kiso (木曽郡; -gun) is a district located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 40,814 and a density of 24.17 persons per km². The total area is 1,688.75 km².

Mergers
- On February 13, 2005, the village of Yamaguchi merged into the city of Nakatsugawa in Gifu Prefecture.
