Kitasaku (北佐久郡; -gun) is a district located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 56,177 and a density of 130.70 persons per km². The total area is 429.81 km².

- On April 1, 2004, the village of Kitamimaki merged with the town of Tobu from Chiisagata District to form the new city of Tomi.
