Kiyosu (清須市; -shi) is a city located in Aichi, Japan.

2003, the former town of Kiyosu had an estimated population of 19,409 and a density of 3,696.95 persons per km². The total area was 5.25 km².

Merger

As of July 7, 2005 the towns of Kiyosu, Shinkawa und Nishibiwajima merged to form the City of Kiyosu.

As of October 10, 2005 the new City of Kiyosu has a population of 55,039 and a density of 4,135 persons per km². The total area is 13.31 km². Home to the Kiyosu Castle, rebuilt in 1989.
