Knut Vollebæk

Knut Vollebæk is a Norwegian diplomat and centre politician (Christian People's Party). He was the Norwegian Foreign Minister from 1997 to 2000 and chairman of the OSCE (1997-2000), and was appointed ambassador to the United States in 2001.

Earlier, he have worked as an ambassador in New Delhi, Madrid, Harare and even on Costa Rica.
