Kongens Nytorv station is a station in zone 1 on the Copenhagen Metro, Copenhagen, Denmark. It serves the M1 and M2 lines. Once The City Ring is finished, the station will become one of the two intersection points between lines M3 and M4 and the existing metro lines.
Accidents
In 2006, a woman committed suicide at Kongens Nytorv station. She jumped off the station concourse and fell about 14 meters. Personnel and passengers at the station were offered counselling afterwards.
