Krasnoyarsk Time (KRAT) is the time zone 7 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+7) and 4 hours ahead of Moscow Time (MSK+4). Krasnoyarsk Summer Time (KRAST) is UTC+8, still 4 hours ahead of Moscow (MSD+4). It is the official time in Krasnoyarsk Krai, most other Central Siberian regions in Russia. It was previously named Novosibirsk Time, but in 1993 Novosibirsk shifted to Omsk Time (MSK+3/MSD+3).
