Kurash

Kurash is the native ancient type of upright jacket wrestling practiced in Uzbekistan. "Kurash" is one of the oldest martial arts and is believed to be the ancestor of judo. Kurash is a member of Turkish wrestling arts. It is related to Turkish yağlı güreş and to Tatar Köräş.
