László Buday

Lászlo Buday, (born 1924), in Budapest, Hungary is a Canadian-based artist and metal worker.
Buday is the father of the multi-disciplined creative personality Zoltán Buday and the grandfather of the creative personality and politician Gölök Zoltán Leenderdt Franco Buday.
Buday was a "freedom fighter" against the Communist government of Hungary in the 1956 Hungarian Uprising.
He is currently working in North America as a painter and copper mending artist, creating everything from menorahs to copper frames and pillars of beauty.
Currently, he works in Toronto, Ontario and Jupiter, Florida.
