Larkhall railway station

The new Larkhall railway station on the Argyle Line was officially opened on the 9th December 2005 by Jack McConnell MSP - the First Minister for Scotland. Passenger services started on 12th December 2005 with trains serving the Argyle Line. Trains run every 30 minutes to Glasgow & Dalmuir on Mondays - Saturdays with no Sunday service, although one may be introduced in future if passenger takeup is good.
