Larry J. Sabato is the Robert Kent Gooch Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia. Called "probably the most quoted college professor in the land," by the Wall Street Journal, Sabato provides extensive political analysis throughout the election scene.
A 1974 graduate of the University of Virginia, Sabato graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in government before studying at Princeton University. Following his study at Princeton, he was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship that brought him to study at Queen's College at Oxford University.
He has authored well over a dozen books on politics and issues a political newsletter, [Sabato's Crystal Ball]. He has appeared on countless news programs and is a well-recognized authority on American politics. Sabato is known for his controversial stories and excellent knowledge of the subject he teaches.
He is featured in a parody of the Chicago song, "Saturday in the Park," aptly titled "Sabato in the Park."
