Le Coq Sportif (translated in English as The Sporting Rooster (or Cock) is a French company producing sports equipment such as shoes and T-shirts.
The company has sponsorship deals with many football (soccer) clubs, including Olympique Marseille, AJ Auxerre, Sheffield United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Hibernian.
The company's name derives from the Gallic rooster, a national symbol of France.
