Lee Shau Kee

Lee Shau Kee (李兆基, pinyin: Lǐ Zhàojī, born January 29, 1928 in Shunde, Guangdong) is a property developer and majority owner of Henderson Land Development (HKSE:0012), a property conglomerate with interests in properties, hotels, town gas and internet services. He is current the third wealthiest person in Hong Kong, just after Li Ka Shing and Kwok Ping Sheung Brothers.
As of 2004, he is listed on the Forbes list of billionnaires at 61st place with an estimated fortune of US$6.1 billion.
As of 2005, he is listed on the Forbes list of billionnaires at 37th place with an estimated fortune of US$9.3 billion.
